TERM OF SERVICE (TOS): N.H.MAID SERVICES. Process its service variety of candidates to clients on a simple (12 month) Contract. Applying Through this Contract from our Services . The Services contract which might be change next year. The services charge is for the 1st (12 Month) service to provide by us. If the client thereafter wants to avail of our service then he/she will have to paying renewal service charge.The Company requests to fill up a registration form in which client will have to fill all the particulars regarding cast, religion, age group, job description, of the candidate very carefully according to his/her requirement. After matching all the requirement of client the company sends the candidates for interview. Its takes a minimum time duration of 3/5 days for Local Mumbai & 5 days for out of Mumbai and rest of India or abroad. The System of Company includes compulsory verification of document its all the working staff. After overall the company makes three Bio-date file of the candidate.The First file remains in company, The Second one is given to client for keeping safe, while the third one is supposed to be deposited in the concerned police station directly thorough representative of client or the sectary of the client's building society for the proper verification as it is of a vital legal importance.

Keeping an eye on the ease and comfort of our respected client the company will to take only of the registration charge at the time of registration and rest of the amount our service charge has to be paid maximum 3 days after trial base period from joining of the candidate.

After One year (12 Month) renewal charge is again one month salary of the candidates salary have to be paid. We will provide you to continue service in which the client has to pay us after renewal in One year (12 month) timing. If the renewal fee is not be paid then we shall be not bound to continue our services and if the client thereafter want to avails of our service then he/she will have to start a new fresh paying the registration and service charge when we give the 1st person.

If any candidate placed by us leaves the organization for his/her own reasons within a period of One year (12 month) of his/her joining, The company will provide you one Replacements within one month after the first candidate selection and after one month three replacement within one year(12 month). Free replacement provided our professional charge has already been paid. The registrations are valid up to one year (12 month) duration only and are extendable after the payment of renewal charge.

All types of monetary claims related with the cancellation. If service after paying the service charge due to any reason period of (12 month) then the company will not be refunded in any circumstances only service will be cancel.
