N. H. Maid. In Services like (Maid, cook, Babysitter, Nanny, Aaya, Governess, Patient care and more) selected tons and cities in India. We are providing candidates in residential commercial


  1. We Take One month Salary Service charge with client in which Advance 50% OF THE SALARY FOR CANDIDATE with the filling of Requirement form and Balance Amount will be pay after Three day From joining of the employee for (12 months) after 12 Month client will have to pay Renewal Service charge one month Salary for getting Continue service for next year.
  2. While filling the form Rs.2000/-(Rupees Two Thousand only) Registration Payment Should is made.
  3. If the client wants to cancel the agency agreement within the period of One year (12 month) then the service charges will not be refunded in any circumstances Agency provide you candidate replacement only.
  4. Company will provide the house maid, cook act. Within 03 to 05 Official working days. The Candidates is verified by the company Talented Officers but as Required Please be alert & Save your Cash and Jewellery.
  5. Although we do a document verification of the maid, we strongly suggest that theclient himself to do a police verification of the maid. N.H.Maid. in may assist the client in with the details of the maid provided to us by the maid when the maid registered with us.
  6. The client will check the Bag, Purse or any other that the maid is carrying before the maid enter the home and before the maid leaves the home. This is for safety of the client.
  7. Company Provide Trial period for 3 Days (chargeable) after trial base period the Balance Amount should be paid.
  8. The Salary will fixed by the Compromise between the candidate and client. The Company will not be interfering in salary Company settle between them.
  9. The document will be given to you after the full and final payment is done and will sent by courier.
  10. Any Payments made to Candidates by client Side Company will not Responsible for the money matter. We are not responsible for any wrong behavior characteristic between Candidates & Client.
  11. If any Candidate Leaves his /her jobs own Reason, We will provide you only the Candidate.
  12. If the invoice are settled and due to any reason the candidate resigns then a free replacement is 7days but it may be dending or the availability.
  13. When the client want to need Replacement than client inform to the Company before 10 to 15 days.
  14. The Company will provide you four Replacements within (12 months) after the first Candidate Selection.
  15. If the Candidate Commits theft Robbery or loss of any nature in house. It will be sole Responsibility of the client to take the Necessary legal Action against the Candidates on the sport with valid Reason. The Company does not take any Responsible to pay for losses; Company will help to client for find the Candidates and co-operate to client.
  16. Two Holidays is Compulsory to give Employee for Domestic Service in a month for Residential Purpose.
  17. If Candidates will not take Holidays then she/he takes extra charge for that.
